The teat will need to be bent for a fit and snap it on the bottle. The Haberman feeders do not come with bottle caps in order to keep the price affordable, but many parents find a cover  necessary to prevent the need for using a plastic wrap to protect the nipple while traveling.   These are new replacement parts only and do not come sterile.
